About Two Girls, One Candle

      Two best friends Lucy and Wendy, in an effort to find Mr. Right in LA, discover their individual power, both sexually and spiritually, with the help of spirits, dick pics and candles, oh my!     

              

    Inspired by a decade long friendship between Ann Hu and Tricia Brooks, "Two Girls, One Candle", was written with the intention to show the world, that we all have the power to raise our vibration and attract what we desire, if we do the work on ourselves, from the inside out.
     The show hopes to make the audiences, and their inner child,

laugh all the way down to their lower chakras.

We wish for everyone to access a profound silliness and child like humor that is reflected in the dynamic between our two leads, Wendy and Lucy. Sisterhood, spirituality (not religion), and sexiness! Be the light for another, and you'll both shine like stars.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Two Girls, One Candle" is a limited series with three seasons. 

Season One is currently crowdfunding on Seed & Spark and consists of four episodes

to be shot in Los Angeles.

TONE/FORMAT

Two Girls, One Candle is a single camera, romantic comedy with a splash of steadicam to give the show a fun, spiritual, sexy feeling! 

The look is vibrant, with clean lines and soft but bright lighting. The characters and comedic moments pop with color. We aim to have vivid, sharp and clear images to support the comedy in the show; highlighting the dynamic and chemistry between the two female leads.
Medium shots and wide shots (to catch delicious comedic moments), and close-up shots to catch the intimacy between our characters.
